Rapidly and Securely Deploy AI-Powered Chat Experiences

View Assistant is an integrated AI-powered conversational experience that you can use to glean insights from your data for a variety of purposes: cost optimization, knowledge acquisition, prediction, and better understanding customers and finances. A question we are asked often is “how can I deploy this capability in a way that the rest of the employees in my company can use it?”. Clearly not everyone needs access to the entirety of the AI and data infrastructure, but certainly everyone can benefit from the value it brings to the table.
And while we make the process of chatting with your data simple – ingest data (upload, API, or through our crawlers), process data (semantic cells, metadata, graph, embeddings), and persist data (into a variety of searchable repositories), often these experiences will either need to be deployed in a standalone manner or integrated into another application.
Today, we’ve made available to our beta customers, an experience that allows you to take a snapshot of a conversation window, like the one above – including the knowledge base and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) settings – and deploy that AI-powered chat experience within your enterprise, either as a standalone application or integrated within your own application.
Now businesses can deploy this same experience within their Intranet, behind their existing security infrastructure (authentication, authorization, RBAC) and enable users to have a fully-branded AI-powered conversational experience without relinquishing control of who has access to the data. Deployed as a standalone and fully-integrated HTML and Javascript page, or, integrated into existing pages, businesses can embed the same conversational experience for a given knowledge base.
Further, our comprehensive API portfolio has been enriched to include direct access to our underlying View Assistant microservice, meaning you can craft your own entire AI-powered chat experience and leverage View knowledge bases behind the scenes.
